Totally Legit Tech Support ("the game", "we", "us") is a comedy idle game for iPhone and iPad published by Varmepumpebrodrene AS (Norway). We are the data controller for the game. Contact: elektrikerhjelperen@gmail.com
The game saves your progress (coins, crew, rooms, settings and so on) on your device. If iCloud is enabled, a copy is synced through Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage in your own Apple account. This data never reaches our servers – we do not run any servers for the game.
If you are signed in to Game Center, scores and achievements are sent to Apple Game Center under your Game Center profile. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase is valid so the game can unlock it. We do not receive your name, Apple ID or payment details. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
The free version uses Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to show banner ads, full-screen ads and optional rewarded ads. To do this, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This data is used to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ads, prevent fraud and – only if you agree – personalise ads.
Your choices:
Legal basis (GDPR): consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalised ads and tracking; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for showing non-personalised ads, frequency capping and fraud prevention, which keeps the game free.

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are limited to family-friendly (PG) content.
We do not sell personal data. The only third parties that receive data from the game are Apple (purchases, iCloud, Game Center) and Google (ads), as described above. Google may process data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Game data stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete the game or the data. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention policies.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to object to and restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, most requests are handled by deleting the game or by contacting Google or Apple directly.
